"Didn't think driving without insurance was an emergency and failed to direct me to where someone could help me. The next day tried everything to get me to cancel my policy I just paid for, when I just needed to switch out a vehicle Lied to me saying they couldn't quote me anything in my price range. Then magically came up with one. I accepted the quote and they immediately made a change without my knowledge making it more expensive and then transfered me when I never asked to be transferred. When my bill was more expensive, this came as a surprise to me. My new policy that I was quoted cheaper than what I just paid and was expecting a credit towards next month, but the bill was much more and the quote that I approved, and became $20 more. So even with the credit, it was more than what I was quoted causing confusion and frustration and then they get an attitude if you call out their lack of customer and professionalism. This office has the WORST customer service I have ever received. Still waiting on an email breaking up what I never agreed to and how my credit is being applied. I'm okay with the change, what I'm NOT okay with is them not telling me they were making the change and that my price went up. I'm not okay with them thinking driving without insurance was an emergency and help direct me to someone that could actually be of assistance instead of waiting the next day. I don't appreciate them trying to cancel my policy all together when I never asked for it. And I'm EXTREMELY UPSET that they lied to me about not being able to offer me a quote that later I was able to get but was like pulling teeth in order to get it out of them. 24 hours later and still haven't had anything emailed to me as promised. Update: they again lied about the quote that they refused to give me till the next day, not 30 min as he claimed which I have screenshots to prove otherwise and still have yet to receive the email that broke down everything for me with the credit and my new policy. It's been almost 48 hours, but apparently he has the time reply with lies on here. Again terrible customer service. You also lied again saying you couldn't make adjustments without my approval but the $95 quote that I approved changed to a $120 quote making an adjustment without my acknowledgment or approval"

Our team provided you with a quote within 30 minutes of your request, which you expressed dissatisfaction with, stating you had found a better deal elsewhere. Additionally, you mentioned that you had acquired this vehicle months prior and were upset about paying for a car you no longer had. Please understand that our team had no way of knowing this information until you informed us. Once our team was aware they helped you immediately as not having the right coverage in place is extremely important to us. Regarding the quote you mentioned, we did not “magically” find a quote in your price range. To reach that price, we had to remove several coverages, which we are legally required to review with you before making any changes. Our team followed proper procedures and could not make any adjustments without your approval. We strive to provide outstanding customer service in all situations, and we did everything within our ability to address your concerns and find a suitable solution. We understand that insurance matters can be complex and sometimes frustrating, and despite our best efforts, it seems we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion. "

"I was asked if I’d like to leave a review, Well HECK YES!!🤣🤣🤣can I tell just say that I recieved a call from a strange number, and usually I just allow my iPhone to do what it’s good for and that’s redirecting unwanted calls or numbers. But I accept this one, I usually don’t , but I felt like a good laugh so I did! And I am so happy dat I did! Can I tell yall that Mrs Alexis went above and beyond to bat for me against my former insurer!! She wasn having them feed me no crap!!! She stayed rite on the line with me to bid them a fair- d- well lol This is XMAS season and thanks to StateFarm I’m jus giving Props where they dew💕GO STATE FRAM💯✔️🌲👍👍🥰"
